"I didn't do research before moving my insurance to this office. It turned out it was a big mistake. I have my two cars and a house insured here already and when I added my third new bought car to my policy they messed up everything. Two months they couldn't figure it out. And nobody in the office cared about it. When I called the office the two ladies transferred my calls to each other back and forth several times. I requested to talk to Joseph and they told me he was on the phone and would let him know and call me back. One whole week no response. I have to call them again and when I finally caught Joseph he didn't even know what car I insured. Apparently nobody in the office did anything to update my policy. My new car had to stay in garage and I can't drive it because nobody knows whether my car was properly insured although I paid the premium amount a lady gave me. Finally I switched to another agent and everything was taken care of. This office opened for only one year and has more than 400 all five star reviews. So each day more than one person leaves five star review? Hmmm, from my experience with this office it looks weird. Even one star is too much. 这个保险代理非常不负责任，打电话留言也不回直到我换到另外一个代理才来电，图片中是我保的奔驰车他跟我说我保的是宝马，他从加州搬到凤城才一年竟然搞了400多五星好评，平均每天至少有一个多人给好评，虚假得太过头了，所以果断决定立刻换代理，希望别人不要像我一样被这个不负责任的代理坑骗。"
